Decent mattress offering good firmness. However, it seems to lack the ideal sag necessary for side sleepers.

1. Inaccurate reviews - look at the small font at top of each review - majority are not for the mattess they looking at! Leads customers to make financial decisions on incorrect info. 2. "Settlement" - is worse after 4 days than 9 years on my old mattress. Is another word for sag? This is for Mansfield Ortho Firm - the sag is causing a lot of sudden lower back/hip pain. Rotating/Flipping makes no difference as the sag/settlement dip is central, so its always affecting same body area. Im 8.5 stone for context. 3. The 40 night exchange would cost me 100+ in new delivery & fee charges. Plus then Im stuck with the next mattress which going by reviews on this site & trust pilot are also prone to sag/settlement. 4. Delivery was great.
