We answer email. There is no phone line, no walk-in office, and no customer-service desk for retailer orders. If your enquiry is about a delivery or refund from a retailer you bought from, you’ll need to go to that retailer.

Editorial enquiries

- product submission or inclusion requests from brands or retailers;
- factual corrections to an existing product page or guide;
- questions about a product page, a price history chart, or a customer-rating figure;
- tip-offs about new products or product changes that affect existing product pages;
- requests for a copy of any personal data we hold about you (data subject access requests).
We try to reply to editorial email within five working days. Time-sensitive corrections are usually faster.
Partnerships and affiliate networks

Data rights (DPO)

Use this address for subject access requests, erasure requests, objections to processing, or any other right granted to you under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We verify identity before releasing data and respond within one calendar month.
Complaints

Use this address for:
- formal complaints about the conduct of BedBoy or its contributors;
- disputes about content you believe is inaccurate or unfair;
- complaints about how we have handled your personal data.
We acknowledge complaints within three working days and aim to give you a full response within 20 working days. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your complaint, you can escalate to the relevant regulator: the Information Commissioner’s Office for data-protection complaints, the Advertising Standards Authority for complaints about how affiliate links are described, or your local Trading Standards office via Citizens Advice if your complaint concerns a retailer we link to rather than our editorial content.
Corrections policy
If a product page, price, score or specification is wrong, tell us at [email protected]. Material corrections are made within five working days. Where a correction changes the substance of a recommendation, we mark the page with a dated update note. Non-material corrections (typos, broken links) are made silently.
What we don’t handle
BedBoy is an editorial mattress comparison engine, not a retailer. Orders, returns, delivery, and stock are all handled by the retailer who sold you the product. If you have an issue with a mattress or bed frame you bought, raise it directly with that retailer. Their contact details are on your order confirmation.
