Nice and firm without feeling like a plank, and its helped my back feel better in the mornings. It does stay a bit cooler than our old mattress, though its not a miracle if youve got a thick protector on. Took me a few nights to get used to the firmness but Im sleeping more soundly now. Overall it feels well made and decent value.

I have to say, Im not sure if the cool touch thing works but nevertheless, this is the softest and most comfy mattress Ive ever had. I feel like I wake up enveloped in a hug every morning. Its very hard to leave bed in the morning. Service from Dreams has been amazing. Delivery guys were expert and turned up earlier than delivery slot.
This mattress is just perfect, I used to sleep on my side all the time but its be a waste not to sleep on your back with this. It properly supports your body while not compromising on comfort, truely like having a hotel bed in your own home.
