Feels nicely supportive without being rock hard, and the cooler surface does make a difference on warmer nights. Had a bit of a “new mattress” smell for the first few days, but it settled down and Ive been sleeping well since.
Comfortable and supportive, this mattress has helped alleviate my back problems. The cooling gel top doesn't feel overly cool but adds a nice layer of comfort. Enjoying my good night's sleep.

I searched for weeks in different shops looking for a bed that would, suit my needs and give me a good nights sleep. O have a back problem and a lung disease which causes me to have difficult nights, I'm restless and can never get comfortable at night to sleep. I finally found the one, the one bed that had not only given me the ability to feel relaxed and comfortable but i SLEEP. This is a big deal to me ,as i can sometimes go several night without any. The bed mattress exterior in a lovely soft light padding, and although the mattress is class as soft its still firm enough, that it allows my spine the correct position. I feel the mattress almost cuddles me up as i sink in to it . I also got it at a slightly reduced price in the sale. Thank you Dreams so much.

Absolutely fantastic experience with dreams. We went into the shop and the assistant was so attentive and really helped us to find our dream bed. I cant feel the cool gel through the mattresses protector and sheet but its nice and comfortable
