The Axminster Ortho mattress is excellent. Gives good support but still feels beautifully soft. My husband no longer has to take pain medication in the morning when he gets up, which is a real plus.

Had messages confirming delivery date and time and on the morning of delivery had a phone call confirming they were only 20 minutes away. Delivery and installation was a breeze, removed my old bed, put up the new bed and mattress and advised to leave it a little while before making the bed for everything to settle. The only problem we had was we had bed bug bites we bought all new sheets and they were all washed before they were put on the bed. Once we sprayed the mattress a couple of times and hoovered it and rewashed the bedding it was ok

Fabulous service, right from the moment walked in the door. Malcolm ( chippenham branch) acknowledged us as we came in said he was there if we needed anything, then left us to browse. We made our choice and done the paperwork all within less than an hour. Delivery date was agreed, mattress turned within the time slot taken upstairs , job done. I would highly recommend.
