Staff where so helpful and friendly, as I was having chemotherapy I needed a really comfy bed as my sleep had been very poor, I went to North Shields store and the lovely sales lady I think her name was Diane , she went over and above to ensure I got my comfy bed and I thank her so much Ive never slept better since getting my new bed

The Downton metal bed frame, is a very good product, very sturdy good looking you couldnt get a better metal bed frame were very pleased with it, and dreams staff are all very helpful nothings to much trouble
Easy to assemble, lightweight and silent when moving around on it
The 12 minutes to construct was rather optimistic and some parts were a bit fiddly and needed two people to get done but overall not a major hassle. Once put together its solid, creak free (so far!) looks good. If I do have any issue its that the base is flat without any sort of lip so the mattress and slide around if you are an active sleeper!
Quite remarkable for the price. Using it in our guest bedroom but when inmomnia keeps me up in the early hours I leave our main bedroom and spend a comfortable night in this bed. Really like the bed. And looks good too.
