We needed a new bed + Mattress for a while. Got them ordered and delivered within a couple of weeks. We had the bed built which was very swift by the delivery men. Whom I must say were very pleasant and professional . But we had to have the mattress replaced due to one of studs coming off leaving a hole.
So far, we are pleased with its quality- the mattress provides a very comfortable nights sleep - just the right balance (for my daughter) between firmness and softness, added bonus it only has to be turned - not flipped over. Highly rated delivery, instructions and delivery staff. Would recommend.

Wow just wow, if you are looking for quality and comfortable this is the mattress. It is brilliant, surpassed all expectations. Perfect depth, plenty of support and best of all excellent value for money. Thrilled about this purhase is an understatement. When replacing the other two mattresses in the house this is going to be my first choice. You get what you pay for normally, this time I feel like I got more for my money.

This mattress is so comfortable, bought to replace a mattress that had a memory foam topping that I really couldn't get on with. Although advertised as medium to firm, its actually quite soft to sleep on. Loved it from the very first night.

A good mix between soft and firm thanks to the topping. I was concerned it would be too warm, so far hasn't been an issue, but it is winter. The divots are slightly annoying as you can feel them (and I have multiple toppers) but overall, good for the price, works for both side and front sleeping
The staff at Dreams, Shirley, Solihull were great people and did all they could to assist me in my search for a new mattress.They were however let down by the ridiculous rules on mattress return if the mattress was unsuitable. Rather than ‘Lose my cool I left the store without buying. I later rang the store and bought a mattress previously inspected, having made arrangements elsewhere to have my old mattress disposed of but knowing that if unsuitable I shall be unable to return it if so desired. These are not circumstances ideal to customers. I would like to commend Bridie for her kindness and professionalism when she could see how upset I was.

Absolutely over the moon with my new bed. Its so comfortable and I feel as if Im sleeping on a cloud. The delivery guys were so quick and explained everything I needed to know before they left. From the time of being in the shop choosing it to having my bed delivered I was kept updated all the time. I spent quite a lot of time trying out different mattresses and never felt rushed or pointed towards very expensive beds. I will definitely be recommending people to go to Dreams.

Loved this mattress in store so we ordered it. Was told the new mattress wouldn't be as soft until it had been used at least a month. Had it 6 weeks now and still feels very firm. Luckily we are sleeping well on it so will be keeping it
