Great experience shopping in Dreams. Sales person was courteous, polite, engaging and very knowledgeable. I tried the mattress machine and two of the mattresses it chose I did too before starting. I felt knee pressure to buy , salesman was patient and allowed me to wander, try and retry mattresses until I chose one. Explained the 100 day return etc. provided refreshment on what was a very hot day. Variety and quality in shop was very good. Delivery was quick and the delivery guys very helpful, unwrapping my mattress and putting it where I wanted, tidying behind themselves. All in all a pleasurable experience. Ive kept my mattress after trial as it is super comfy. Weill definately shop at Dreams again. I bought from the Ayr shop.
Superior support, feel and looks posh. Did extensive research into buying this amazing mattress and had it recommended by the online sleep match. I'm a chunky boy so was worried if this wasn't going to be enough to support my rotund frame but boy was I wrong, my old mattress would be crying in shame right now. Feels sturdy, strong and definitely well built, I don't sink into the mattress and have to clamber around to get out of bed. Honestly go and buy one or at least go and test it out!!
It is like sleeping on a cloud and I am sleeping really well since receiving it! Firm support but feels like theres nothing beneath me, which is just what I needed as I suffer from a bad back/ leg. It keeps me cool, as I get hot during the night, so this has really helped my sleep.

I am not sure how the assessment worked, but the result was that I was offered 5 beds to try in store. I am satisfied I made the right choice and so have far better support than I had on my old one. I notice that this mattress is considerably thicker than my old one - so I hope that this implies greater longevity for it. Overall no complaints at all so far.
