Lady in the shop in Leicester was so helpful explaining the mattress and demonstrating how easy the ottoman was to lift. Once ordered I received updates on my order. Delivery date was soon after ordering. Updates sent via txt/email. Day of delivery had the phone giving an exact time. The delivery men put together the bed for me quickly, asked for me to check to make sure I was happy. Removed all the packaging, friendly and professional. Would recommend bensons to friends and family as I was impressed with service from start to finish
