After a few nights on this, it feels properly supportive with a nice bit of softness on top, and I am not waking up with the aches I used to. It also stays cooler than our old mattress, which has helped me sleep through more often. Not perfect, but it does the job well and feels like decent value.
Nice firm support with a comfy top layer and it sleeps noticeably cooler than my old one, though delivery was a bit of a faff.
