Feels properly comfy with a nice medium support and it stays cooler than my old one, though the delivery took longer than promised.
Nice balance between soft on top and properly supportive underneath, and it does feel cooler than our old one which I didnt expect. Only gripe is the delivery was a bit of a faff and turned up later than promised, but the mattress itself has been a good buy.

This THE best investment I have ever made. I suffer from excrutiating osteoarthritis everywhere, but worst in my hips. Pain stops sleep every night. But since having my wonderful Dreams Mattress, I actually sleep and dont get pain, just discomfort! I still cant believe it. Yes, I do still wake in the night, but not with pain, but discomfort, change position, and then, I can GET BACK TO SLEEP again, which was impossible before. I cant rate this mattress highly enough. My only regret is I didnt buy one sooner.

Utterly breath taking mattress ever night I sleep incredibly well
Ive had this mattress for about four weeks now. I switched from a soft mattress to this medium one, and Id say side sleepers might find it a bit tricky at first. I noticed it felt better when I wasnt lying directly in the dimples. Rotating it each week has been easier than I expected too, as its not as heavy as my old mattress with natural fillings. I sleep on my own and tend to stay in the middle, so I cant really say how it feels for two people. I bought it in the sale, so the price was great, although I did end up needing a few extra bits afterwards. Because of the depth, I use flat sheets, and with a slatted base I can pull the sheet underneath to keep it nice and tight with little movement as I sleep. I also had to get a super king-size duvet because my old one wouldnt tuck in properly—but thats just personal preference, and it meant buying new covers as well. The biggest issue for me was pillows. My old side-sleeper pillow suddenly felt far too high. I eventually went for an adjustable pillow where you can remove some of the filling, and that made a big difference—Im sleeping much better now. Ive always had pocket-sprung mattresses, and the dimples on this one are a bit deeper, so you do notice them more. Im still getting used to that. The smell took about a week to disappear, but it wasnt unpleasant. Overall, Id still recommend the mattress, mainly because of the 100-day sleep trial—it wont suit everyone, so its good to have that option. Delivery was smooth and I was kept updated the whole way through. Id also say its worth considering the insurance if youre spending over £1,000.

The Crowborough is an epic mattress in so many ways. It is very deep and luxurious to look at. More importantly, it is super comfortable to lie on and has given a great nights sleep. As it was delivered just before Christmas, the first to test it was my 83 year mother. She slept better on this than her own mattress at home. She did find it a little high to get into but it was “worth the effort” in her words. My son now sleeps in it and he loves how it has made him feel warm in the cold weather. He finds it really comfortable and supportive. Top tip- be sure to buy extra deep sheets and mattress protectors for this mattress as they are essential. Also be mindful of the height of the base it is going on- we have it on an ottoman bedframe and it works well. A heigh base wouldnt work in my opinion.
Amazingly comfortable mattress. My partner has really struggled to find the right mattress for him - we have tried numerous mattresses included another premium priced mattress and this is the first one that has been comfortable for enough for him with his chronic back condition. Its is incredibly comfortable for us both and feels like laying on clouds!

I wasn't sure at first about this mattress, because it's so tall and unique. But my god, the sleep you get on this is unbelievable. You get what you pay for, and with this mattress you get a lot.
The Crowborough is genuinely the best mattress Ive ever slept on. Despite being a medium tension, the box top makes it feel like youre sleeping on a cloud whilst still also having a high amount of springs/support. It wont be for everyone, particularly those who prefer a firmer mattress, but for those who want a mattress with a softer feel its brilliant. It also has a cooling top, which is perfect for me as a hot sleeper. I did notice the mattress felt a little firmer when it arrived than it does in the store, but itll soften with time and is still very comfortable. Its also a very tall mattress, which isnt an issue for me, but it is something to consider when pairing with a bed frame and when buying deeper bed sheets!
Purchased this mattress for our 13 year old as she needed a more supportive and comfortable bed for a growing girl. An excellent choice with the top layer having the ability to cool down or heat up as necessary. Great service to go with a great product.
