The product quality and ease of build is amazing. However there has been one issue. The side parts they had sent for me are the wrong ones and I have them coming out to replace it soon. However was still being able to use my bed. Just cant use the ottoman feature until the new bits arrive
Lovely bed. Well made and pretty colour. Very happy with it. No sharp corners to bump in to when passing.
The bed frame looks very smart when built and the storage space is excellent. Really pleased with the purchase. The only negative was the package arrived without the straps a few of the foot pads had fallen out/bent. I fixed the foot pads and put back in place and Dreams sent some straps quickly.

We decided on an Ottoman style to increase storage capacity in our bedroom. The build quality is excellent with pistons that keep the bed frame up once it has been lifted. It is luxurious with a solid and sturdy construction and will no doubt last us many years

The frame is a mixed blessing. We went for this one because looks wise we felt other designs that showed slats looked untidy. We wanted the ottoman approach to give us storage space which our house lacks. On the negative side though - the bed frame is very low down to the floor. This reduces the storage space under it. Also if a couple were to want to use the bed to be "intimate" on the low level of the bed would significantly limit what they could get up to. Having said that - dreams did not offer any other frames that would have suited us any better

Bed is superb, delivery was on time, delivery men were excellent. Unfortunately the bed delivered wasn't the one I ordered, due to website issue, but customer services were excellent.

I think this was the Base for the Two Single Mattresses ….its enormous….but Thankfully fits in our Bedroom…. Very very Heavy to Lift on ones own….so we have to lift it together…weve decided to Store Our Suitcases in there….
