Helpful staff, quick and easy to order. Delivered on time, they did everything they were supposed to then went the extra mile to unpack the mattress wed bought elsewhere and came in a box as my husband and I have bad backs. Would recommend.

I purchased 2 of these ottoman bases, one for the spare room and the other to replace a clapped out old ottoman that was around 17 years old. The difference is phenominal, it's easy to open and has tons of storage space. It feels very study, and with a new thicker mattress, I feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud or a princess bed. Would recommend.
