Great in store customer service experience at Dreams Aylesbury. All the staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, the customer service is top notch. We purchased two ottoman beds, two Tempur mattresses and eights Tempur pillows. Every detail was explained thoroughly, we received our reminders calls regarding delivery date and time. The drivers were punctual and went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly for us, they were very professional and did an excellent job getting our beds up an awkward staircase and without issue. We are incredibly pleased with the ottoman beds and Tempur mattresses and pillows. The Tempru are worth every penny we enjoyed an incredible sleep probably the best weve ever experienced. Thank you Tempur and Dreams.
