Ordered in store, delivered on time, delivery guys very good. Chair itself had a couple of broken plastic feet, replaced after an email or two no problem. Quite firm, but comfortable. Too early for any long term issues.
We also bought the sofa bed to match this chair. Great combination. Great experience all round.

Lovely chair and came assembled i only had to slot in the back which was very easy. Great service from purchase to delivery especially the communication. I want now to buy the matching ottoman foot stool. Would definitely recommend this chair and company fabulous all round in every way.

I like this set because it's compact but ample space, My Mum also bought one (first) and we love the "Click Clack" sofa bed setup ! Only issue is I live alone and I thought the sofa bed would come all ready to use- it wasn't so it appears I overlooked ticking the "Assemble" box. The sofa bed needs assembly and its quite big for me to turn around and I don't even understand what I'm meant to do. The delivery man did explain but I'm not DIY minded. So I am glad to have my sofa here but I don't know when i'll be able to put it together which is quite dissapointing.
