Ordered in store, delivered on time, delivery guys very good. Chair itself had a couple of broken plastic feet, replaced after an email or two no problem. Quite firm, but comfortable. Too early for any long term issues.

I like this set because it's compact but ample space, My Mum also bought one (first) and we love the "Click Clack" sofa bed setup ! Only issue is I live alone and I thought the sofa bed would come all ready to use- it wasn't so it appears I overlooked ticking the "Assemble" box. The sofa bed needs assembly and its quite big for me to turn around and I don't even understand what I'm meant to do. The delivery man did explain but I'm not DIY minded. So I am glad to have my sofa here but I don't know when i'll be able to put it together which is quite dissapointing.
