The mattress really is firm, but after a week or so we have got used to it and find it very comfortable with good support.

It is as firm as I required but due to the position of the 'buttons' not as comfortable as I would have liked. Depending how you are lying or sitting, they can be felt pressing into you. Also very heavy and not to easy to manhandle by yourself.

We have found the mattress amazing. Even though it is extra firm you lie on it and it is so comfortable. No longer getting up with aches and pains from the way we have slept. The bed moulds to your body supporting you in the right way while you sleep. Pricey mattress but so worth it.
