Relatively easy to assemble but definitely needs more than one person for ease. Looks good and works well. Was exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price - if you want bells and whistles like remote control operation then this isn't thr bed for you but for a model that offers basic functionality its at a good price point.

Amazing bed I'm currently 38 weeks pregnant and it has been a life saver I never want to get out it. It's so spacious and looks amazing in my room. The head board is so comfortable to lean back against. The pocket near the tv holds my remote so I haven't got the agg of losing it and the controls work so smoothly when lifting/putting down the tv. I love my bed so Much

Bed was simple to assemble. 4 boxes total. It did come with an extension lead. Instructions were straight forward. Had the frame of the bed together in no time before moving onto the headboard to set up the tv bracket requirements and install. We used our own 43" TV (just make sure the measurements are compatible for the bed), fed the cables through the cable tidy holes on the stand, adjusted the bracket for the size of the TV (including the bar that hold the back of the TV in place, it moves up and down dependant on where the fixing point is on your TV), fixed it on the bracket and plugged it all in. The bars on the bed last and then the slats (fit from the middle piece first and then fit on the side). We were impressed by how quick and easy it was to assemble and have since recommended it to family and friends both for convenience but also price. Quality is exceptional! The velvet is delicate as you'd expect so be careful when assembling. I made most of the wrapping that was around the bed to move into position etc.
