About the Relyon Highbridge Dunlopillo® Mattress
Last checked
Side sleepers who want clear pressure relief are the obvious audience for the Relyon Highbridge Dunlopillo® Latex Mattress, because its comfort grade is soft, 1 of 5, rather than the safer medium tension found on many pocket-sprung beds. This is an indulgent comfort build. The recipe combines a pocket-spring support unit with Dunlopillo latex, cashmere filling, a pillow top and traditional tufting, so the feel is not just “soft springs” but a sprung base carrying a more cushioned, responsive surface. A latex-and-cashmere pillow top over pocket springs is generous compared with standard foam-topped pocket-sprung mattresses, especially where cheaper comfort layers can flatten into a warmer, slower-feeling pad; latex has more bounce-back than memory foam and usually feels less swampy under the hips and shoulders. The tufting is a conservative durability detail, pulling the upholstery down through the mattress to help keep the fillings in place, although it can make the surface feel slightly more structured than a loose, deeply padded pillow top might suggest. Edge-to-edge support is the other important claim, because very soft mattresses can otherwise collapse at the sides, but the customer evidence makes that point more complicated once the mattress is in a bedroom.
Where the body needs extra sinkage, the Highbridge’s soft tension and latex comfort layer line up well with side sleeping, lower-BMI sleepers and hourglass figures that need the shoulder and hip to settle without the waist being left unsupported. Sleep quality is the repeated win. Praise clusters around coolness, comfort, a springy-but-cushioned feel and noticeably better mornings for people moving away from older or all-foam mattresses, which fits the spec: breathable latex and cashmere should manage heat better than a thick slab of memory foam, while pocket springs give the base more pushback. The contradiction is firmness, because the label says soft yet several real-life comments describe the feel as nearer medium-firm or even hard, which is most relevant for lighter side sleepers expecting deep plushness from night one. Edge support also divides opinion: some describe comfort right across the width, while one serious fault complaint involved sides sitting around 5cm higher than the middle and pushing the sleeper inward, so the edge-support promise should not be treated as automatic if the delivered unit looks uneven. It lands well for side sleepers and lower-BMI bodies wanting latex pressure relief with a traditional sprung feel; front sleepers, higher-weight sleepers or anyone needing a reliably firmer, flatter sleep surface should consider a firmer pocket-sprung mattress or the firmer end of the latex-hybrid tier.

Definitely recommend this. Luxuriously soft, supportive and provides edge-to-edge comfort. Impressive UK craftsmanship.
The natural cashmere and pillow top make this a luxurious option for those with a preference for soft mattresses!
This mattress is so comfy. It had the sturdiness of a firm spring base but with the comfort and versatility of latex. I have always preferred sprung, finding memory foam, latex etc. to be too hot, not having enough support. However, this gives you both options in one, essentially taking the best characteristics of each too create the optimum mattress. I slept so well from the very first night of using this mattress and had honestly forgotten what a good night's sleep feels like.
Great comfortable product leading to a great nights sleep so far.
Pillow topping adds that bit of luxurious comfort. The mattress is stated as soft but I would class as mid/firm so gives great support. The tufts also help with it being super king. So glad I changed from our old Simba mattress. Great service from Nuneaton branch.
Amazing mattress, super comfortable, no more neck and back pains in the morning and I dont overheat at night anymore!
Best mattress I have slept on supports you and provides comfort

Good mattress, a little firm to start with but good after a few days.
Early nights! But all seems very comfortable and some of the aches and pains I used to wake up to have gone.
Very comfy! Purchased for my son as he grew out of his mattress, was the one in the store that was just better than the others! He sleeps soundly so no complaints!
This mattress is gorgeous. Its on the firmer side but very comfy. It has a layer on top of the mattress which has a cooling technology so it doesnt get too hot. Very happy with my purchase.
