Initially skeptical, I found myself pleasantly surprised. Pull out feature adds versatility which is great when unexpected guests arrive. Satisfyingly sturdy, yet surprisingly elegant in design.
This is a lovely comfortable bed. I have always wanted a day bed as they provide both sleeping and sitting use. I have this day bed in a ground floor room and have found it must useful for an afternoon nap! It looks attractive and is much used by my cats too.

Bought this for daughter (14) who wanted a double bed, but not practical in her room. This bed is beautiful and seems very well made/sturdy. Easy to pull out the 2nd bed too. Daughter loves it.

Lovely bed, fiddly to put together but lovely when up, its good quality and no squeaks, which you usally get with metal beds, also the pull out is great, it doesnt really explain how it is but its basically when pushed in part if the main bed and pulled out the bars are further apart
Bought this while it was on offer. Good value for money. Assembled it myself (2 people required). Took 2.5 hours instead of the recommended 45min! But instructions are quite clear. About the bed itself, it definitely feels good quality and sturdy. Fits nicely into my small bedroom, and does not look cumbersome. Pull out trundle bit is very well thought, it just extends to a double bed on same level. And when only single bed is needed, retracts nicely in. I use the space under the bed to store the other single mattress.
I had previously worried about buying something called a “daybed” as this implied “occasional” to me. Which in turn meant not as robust or long lasting. This bed is nothing short of amazing. It really is beautiful. Sturdy. And exceeded expectations. My daughter loves it. The pull out supports another standard mattress making this the perfect addition for when we have her grandma stay over. Great looking. Very practical. Perfect
The design of this bed to pull out into a king size is a fantastic idea, with much more stability than other trundle designs I have found elsewhere. As other reviews mention there are gaps when two mattresses are on the opened out bed. My bed took 3 months to be delivered (due to shipping issues). Two of us assembled it eventually, but it was extremely difficult to get the rods to line up with the mid-sectional bar, needs an extra hand or two ideally. Two of the parts were also faulty. One part was rusty and one of the rods was not threaded properly so I couldn't screw one of the screws in. But I did contact Dreams and they offered a complete replacement for free along with free construction of the new bed, which was a very generous offer. Overall, this bed is very useful and looks lovely, but you'll need some patience for delivery and construction.
I am still waiting for family assistance in putting my day bed together, but it looks good quality and as advertised. It comes with printed instructions for assembly which is great. Delivery men were very helpful in putting the parts in my room of choice.
Very strong! Took a while to put together but not to bad if you follow the instructions. I wrapped fairy lights arround mine, and it looks great. Highly recommend!!

Attractive and love the fact it pulls out to be one large bed for guests, not a separate trundle at a different height. Fitted our narrow space when many others wouldn't due to being a metal frame so not much longer than the mattresses themselves. Daughter loves the 'princess' styling.
Really nice bed, length as advertised - slightly smaller than other similar products out there which was perfect as our space was less than the standard 2m you tend to find these types beds are. Pulls out nicely into one super king sized bed. A bit fiddly to assemble but the instructions were easy to follow, you might need two of you to assemble just to hold parts in place. Overall really pleased, and amazing customer service from Dreams as always!
