Weirdly the bed does not come with a headboard, as the pictures would suggest, and there is no option to add one when purchasing online, however, the bed arrived with mounts for a headboard. Slightly confusing, and will now have to try to buy a headboard for it separately, otherwise would have been 5 stars.
