I have been using the Silentnight Portrush 800 Pocket Spring Mattress for approximately three weeks. To be honest, the experience has only been average. While I ordered a firm mattress, this model feels noticeably softer than expected. Furthermore, I've observed a slight slope or dip on one side. Overall, I am not impressed with the quality or firmness, especially considering the specifications.

This is a great mattress, very firm (which is perfect for us but if you prefer a medium mattress this isn't for you!). My only issue with it is that the pillow top doesn't really give the comfort it is intended to so we've added a mattress topper and now it's perfect! Also, you need to get the deep fitted sheets for this mattress, normal fitted sheets aren't deep enough.
