Easy to put together although time consuming if you've never done it before. Bed us the most comfortable ever and TV with freely is exceptional. Would recommend to everyone

Absolutely 100% recommend this bed to anyone. It's super comfy, material is of very high standard and the surround system is phenomenal. I haven't experienced surround sound like this since going to the cinema.
Great bed fantastic sound . Even better if you suffer with hearing issues . Fairly easy to assemble . The only criticism is that it would be nice to be told where the instructions were packed when having afew different packages .

Bought this for an excitable boy. Installed everything as per instructions. Had it less than a week and the TV has two big scratches down the centre of the screen from being raised and lowered. No mounting screws for tv and nothing in the instructions about any need to adjust the raise and lowering angle.
Great bed. Surround sound can be tricky to use with no instructions. Tv fits and works fine. Took awhile to put together.

Great bed and got a great deal. Bensons staff at Preston very friendly and helpful, finding us the right mattress and bed dependent on our needs. There was a slight delay with delivery however delivery guys really good and brought everything upstairs. Unfortunately one of the bedside drawers were faulty so had to wait another week for them to collect and they brought a replacement. The free TV was okay however there was a clear difference in quality between this and other well known brands such as Samsung which we normally go with. Overall a great experience, with a couple of minor hiccups, as to be expected with anything. Would use again :)

The actual bed frame is well built quality and looks really good, however the tv is that little bit too bulky and even when measuring correctly to fit to tv frame etc, when tv being raised up and down gets Scratches ,so I now have a 3 day old tv with big scratch down the screen, I will be contacting customer services
It's worth the money and enjoying it. I only wish the Smart TV is smarter to be able to have more Apps.
Staff in Bensons for beds in Belfast were really friendly and helpful. We were kept informed though the whole process and delivery was on time and hassle free. The bed itself is amazing quality, easy to assemble and extremely sturdy. I would highly recommend.
We were talked out of getting a cheaper model because this apparently made up for the price difference. However, it does not come with fittings for the television and the tv is also energy rated G. There are parts in the in the bed which have been made so cheaply it's been difficult to assemble. For a 2 grand bed I'd have expected at least everything to come with it.
This bed is beautiful, modern and luxurious, If you're looking for quality and a piece of furniture that will last years and still look and feel brand new in years to come this is the bed for you. I always buy from Benson Beds because they will give you exactly what you want and in the long run, you're not gonna have to keep replacing things because they break or are faulty.
