Delivery took a long time (we had to wait more than 2 months) but when it was eventually delivered the delivery drivers were very friendly and professional and got the bed constructed quickly.

Also no need to buy a seperate headboard as the head panel incorporates as part of the bed. Only one small concern...the handles to lift are bolted on the top of the frame, rather than underneath, possibly a design failure here, as overtime this may be an issue.
5 - Had the bed for over 2 weeks now. Looks stylish in the slate and seems to be well built and sturdy. Good headboard, decent storage and not as large as some bed frames which helped fit it in! Self assembly was fine apart from the thread on one hole/screw, but it did take a couple of hours and need an extra pair of hands at times. Overall very pleased with the bed frame.
5 - I bought this bed about a month ago now, once the delivery men had finished building it we went to take a look as was shocked at the amount of storage space we had perfect for our 1 bed room first flat. Would recommend to any one who has limited space. The colour we went for was perfect for our room also being bright and refreshing. Also no squeaks when moving around.

I’m sure this is something we could’ve done ourselves but would have taken us much longer and more likely to have caused damage, the bed came flat packed and the professionals who installed it were none stop for around an hour.
3 - So we ordered two of these beds. Pros. Sturdy Lots of storage space The pulley up and down function is so far really good. Cons. The holes were not aligned. So it was difficult to screw the nuts. The hooks that are fixed where bent so we couldn't hook the side panels to the foot and headboard. The instructions were awful to follow and definitely not clear.
5 - I received my Hopkins bed frame about a month ago and am pleased with my purchase. The storage capacity is substantially useful and it stored more than I thought possible leaving the rest of my bedroom tidy and less cluttered. I like the fact the is also room underneath the storage unit where extension leads and my slippers can be tucked away easily and out of site.
5 - Great service, was massively let down by Benson for Beds as I ordered from them in March 2021, expected the bed in May 2021. I waited in all day and nothing. Called them up and asked where it was to be told it was delayed by a month, two weeks later they then told me it was going to be September....decided to cancel and within two weeks got a lovely bed from Dreams.
4 - Had this bed for a few weeks now. Very pleased with the size and design providing loads of storage space underneath. Good quality product. Only issue was the slight damage to the interior boards when it was delivered but the delivery guys spotted it before I did and arranged for a replacement delivery asap. Excellent service in the store and from the delivery team.
4 - Very nice looking bed. Not so hard to put together (two people required) as the instructions are quite good and easy to follow. It seems strong and durable. The only part that wasn't good were the base panels. They don't seem to fit. I believe the wrong panels were picked to pack with this item. That's why I've given it 4 stars. Other than that I'm really pleased.

Actually originally bought a bed half the price but delivery was delayed due to stock and Dreams took a double payment leaving me out of pocket for almost two weeks. That being said the bed went up easy enough following instruction, two of working for about an hour and a half. Delivery was on time and professional.

Bought king size so full storage underneath no partition down middle, no more jamming things in the wardrobe everything neat and tidy in boxes.Everyone definitely needs 1 when.my other beds need repacing will certainly be buying the same.Excellent quality.
5 - Fairly easy to assemble with two people and the finished result is fantastic, looks great. The ottoman base is quite hard to lift up and push down but I only store things that are used occasionally so this isn’t a problem for me. The only small down side is my mattress tends to slide about a bit too easily, but it’s worth it for the look and quality of the bed.
3 - The bed seems sturdy enough and the big headboard is great. We went for the slate colour which is a bit darker than we thought but not a problem. There's a bit of an unpleasant smell coming from the bed - perhaps to do with the chemicals it is treated with. It's not the end of the world, but it has diminished the experience. Hopefully it will go away in time...
4 - Very solid bed, hasn't moved since we bought it. Headboard really comfy to lie against as well. 4 stars instead of 5 as whilst fairly simple to construct, the squaring off and the boards that sit in the middle were a little problematic. Make sure you have it in the position you want before hand as the wood which crosses over and touches the floor ow will move.
5 - Bought a super king sized Hopkins frame. Delivery and setup was smooth by dreams once it finally arrived (delayed twice). Headboard is sturdy and comfy. Storage is ample and easy to lift with the hydraulic arms. Colour is a smidge darker to that shown in the pictures above but fantastic nonetheless. Can’t complain so far about the bed itself. Worth the money!

As some previous reviews say the space is actually 20cm deep, but you can fit so much into it. As it has a solid base for the mattress, it has made my mattress nice and firm. Unlike most ottomans, this has removable base boards which can be lifted to expose the floor, this means you can nearly double the useable space or store larger items. Very sturdy and well made. Delivery was easy and I managed to assemble by myself in 2hours using the tools provided. Highly recommend

The fabric is of such a high quality you can sit back against the headboard without pillows and be extremely comfortable. A solid bed that was clearly designed with longevity in mind. You can fit loads under there and it's dead easy to raise and lower with the mattress on. Assembly was also really straight forward (I used my own tools which admittedly helped a little) with clear and concise instructions.

The comfort value is fabulous as we had previously owned a sprung base but this is much more comfortable with our Hypnos mattress. 5 - This bed was delivered over a week ago and I was immediately struck with how neat and well-designed it was. I loved it from the pictures online but in person it’s comfortable, the amount of storage is fantastic and the piston system means it’s surprisingly easy to open and close even with a massive mattress and full bedding on top. I love it!

But I needn't have been as it not only looked fabulous, but was easy to assemble, and had the most amazing storage space. It seems really well made and sturdy but also makes a great base for our good quality mattress.
4 - This bed took a good 4-5 hours to assemble ourselves, as Dreams are operating through coronavirus guidelines and cannot assemble it for you. The bed was perfect when it was done but the headboard had a weird smell on it so had to use some fabric cleaner to get rid of the smell- it went after about a week. 5 - The bedframe is great. Its study and the colour is a lovely slate grey. looks modern and would go with most interiors. The storage area underneath is a good size (Double) and fits all of my bedlinen, bath mats with lots of room. Its easy to lift with the straps provided, quite heavy but okay for the average person. The mechanism works well.
3 - We've had a couple of issues with our purchase. The headboard on the first one had a gold clip visible on the seam. Dreams were really good and arranged a replacement. The new headboard arrived and the stitching on the corner was really bad and the seam was all bumpy. We're currently waiting for a new one. I can't fault the customer service
5 - I bought this bed as my first double bed and it is amazing. The ottoman feature is robust and easy to use, it has a lovely amount of space to store as you wish. Assembly wasn't too bad, it recommend 2 people but I was able to do it myself. Only disappointing thing was the amounts of plastic in the packaging, could definitely have been reduced.

I had surgery on my back about a year ago so needed something that was easy to lift up and works a dream Really recommend! 5 - Great bed in every way. Storage is brilliant and the lift mechanism is solid. The only issue was the unwrapping which took much more time than putting the bed together. It was actually a nightmare as we couldn't cut into it due to the boxing, packing material wrap and clingfilm around it, for fear of damaging the bed material itself.

Unlike many ottoman-style beds, the base of the storage area is strong enough to carry substantial weight without bowing and collapsing under it. Really happy with the size, quality and practicality of the bed. The ottoman holds so much stuff so has been great for extra storage in our small room.

The only gripe is the front of the bed which has an extra frontage, which we've bumped my shins on a few times ouch, this would have been better if it ended in line with the matress. Great purchase.

The assembly time was probably around 45 minutes because it goes together so well. I would definitely recommend this bed frame.

4 - We bought this frame in Super King size a few weeks ago. The ottoman aspect is very good. Boarded out at the bottom and a good robust elevator system. Easy to open and close as a lone person despite the generous size and robust build. The only negative is there is no lip to co tain the mattress on the base.

The build quality is very good nice and sturdy and the fabric isn’t too soft, the storage area underneath is larger than I expected so that is a bonus all round I would give it a solid 9/10.

4 - We ordered a replacement mattress, due to our mattress breaking before it's warranty. However we upgraded this and ordered the new style ottoman frame. Very happy with both. The only difficulty we had was when the delivery guys came to deliver the bed, they had the wrong house number down, but was rectified.

5 - I love this bed. The charcoal grey fabric is gorgeous, the lift mechanism takes the majority of the weight (it’s the lightest one I’ve opened) and the storage is amazing. No middle divide take up space and stopping you storing larger item. If you are thinking about it, go for it you will not be disappointed.

Although this was't the deciding factors for us. We both liked the storage facility,the accessability to the storage and also the height of the bed frame.
3 - It is as advertised. However it's been now 17 days and the bed and the headboard still stink. So much so that even after keeping windows open the room and the area outside still smell so bad! Don't know if it's an indication of the storage or if the filling has gone bad. But we need to ride it out I guess.

5 - Very spacious underneath. The pistons can be a bit stuff and need a bit of force to move, but it's to be expected for the king size ordered. Only critique is the screws for the mattress holder at the head wasn't long enough to reach the thread so had to get 5mm longer screws but otherwise it's all okay.

5 - As it says really, I wanted a stronger base for my mattress as there’s too many sun standard cheaper bases about, these obviously will break over time and I didn’t want that. After seeing a few in store I opted for this one, the colour is also very pleasing and not in your face type like some others.
5 - Had this bed for about three weeks in kingsize. Delivered during lockdown so we had to assemble ourselves which was very straight forward. Ottoman style offers ample storage underneath. Opening mechanism is fairly stiff so does take some effort to open, hopefully this will improve with time and use.
5 - Bought this as wanted good storage and divan drawers are never strong enough. This has been fabulous. Can easily lift bed with gas pistons, it stays in place until you push it back down and whole under bed is available for storage. Really good product that serves its purpose well and looks good too!
5 - Beautiful ottoman bed! The oatmeal upholstery is well fitted and one of the things I love about it is the high headboard with quilting but no buttons, so it’s a nice minimalist look. The gas lift is easy to use, not at all heavy to lift and settles gently on closing. Loads of storage space too :)
5 - The bed is an excellent addition to our master bedroom. The quality matches exactly what was advertised online. The space underneath the bed is easy to access and provides a great source of additional storage. The base pieces are easy to lift so that the flooring underneath can be easily cleaned.
5 - I bought this bed a month ago and myself and my partner love it. So comfy and looks great in our bedroom due to the neutral colour pallete. The ottoman gives us so much extra space in our bedroom. Would recommend this bed to anyone looks for a classic bed with a modern twist who has storage needs.
5 - We have had our 3 beds for a month now and I have to say we are very pleased with them. They are very well made and very sturdy. They delivery team put or in each room and it was pretty straight forward to follow the assembly instructions. The storage is great too in these, can't fault it at all.
5 - Well made beautiful bed. Exceptional quality. I paid Dreams to have the double bed frame assembled, best £70 I have spent. It would take us about 90mins to put together badly but the deliver drivers did it perfectly in 25mins. They were also lovely lads. Highly recommend the product and assembly.
4 - We've had this bed for just over a month now and we like it. The bed is sturdy, looks grate and plenty of storage below. The only downside is that you have to push down really had on lift mechanism to close storage unit then you have to push back your mattress as it comes away for the headboard.
5 - We love this bed! It looks great, the headboard is solid and it is not the least bit creaky when moving around. The storage space underneath is easy to lift and has enough space for several boxes and suitcases. The Dreams guys came to deliver and build the bed for us, which was quick and easy.
5 - I bought this bed a month ago, the assistant in the shop was really helpful and not pressuring at all not like other bed shops we visited, the delivery options were great and so were the delivery guys, put the bed where I asked them too upstairs, took there shoes off and generally very pleasant.
5 - Bought this bee a couple months ago and have been waiting for a problem to arise. But there wasn't any. A perfect build and the storage inside is surprisingly spacious and the quality is amazing. Its is as quiet as a mouse and super comfy with my memory foam mattress with it. A 10/10 from me.
