It's very nice but it has a mark on the top edge of the back which was probably in the fabric itself. As for your extortionate delivery charge, I was appalled that it was left to an elderly woman to put the sofa together and place in a very tight spot in a small room without room to turn it!! I have bought your beds before and I don't remember having to pay for delivery!! They also put it together! It was also apparently, a special kindness that they took it upstairs and removed it from the box!
