The process to order on line was efficient and without issue. The delivery was on time with contact from tje company re the details on the day. On the day thd driver called asking if it was permissible yo come early.[ it was] When asked to remove the packing he did so. The logistics of the order and delivery went smoothly.
Had the mattrass for around a month now and i find ut extremely co.fortable now it has been used for a period of time. Initially felt a lot firmer than the one in the shop, however after a few weeks it became really comfortable. Mattrass remains very cool over night.
Took a couple of days to get used to it, but it's now been 2 weeks & I'm sleeping better and waking without sore shoulders. One important note - In the shop, I tried it on a bed with wooden springs & at home I had a solid base from my old bed. The difference was very significant & I've ended up buying a new bed base with springs -- check you are testing in the store on the same type of base you have -- these beds really need the extra spring from the base in my opinion or they're VERY firm,

The mattress is very good. We have been sleeping on it for 3 months. Its very supportive and you really do not notice your partner getting in or out of the bed. I would recommend if you can buy the deeper version as I am struggling to fit sheets - flat or fitted onto the 21cm mattress. I bought sheet clips which have helped but they are a pain to put on.
Tempur the best mattress for a good nights sleep. Been using them for years and so supportive without any pressure points from an ordinary mattress as the memory foam fits to your shape.
An amazing mattress that really does what it says. Father is disabled and has trouble sleeping but now, he sleeps soundly and well.
Getting used to the new mattress. At present I seem to behaving a great nights sleep. Its really comfy and i sink down into it. Thought turning over might be a problem (once you'd sunk down) but its not. Very happy and would recommend it.
The Tempur Mattress provides a really good night of sleep & rest
Bought a medium firm I store even tried it out however when recieved mine it was very very firm not like the one in the shop I even checked the tag to make sure it was the right one, definitely got for a different firmness next time
A shame that the delivery time meant that we had to continue to use our old mattress for more than a month before its replacement arrived. The delivery was smooth, efficient and the driver and assistant both incredibly helpful.

Superbly comfortable, perfect balance of softness and support. Best decision ever to try a Tempur, can't imagine ever going back to a sprung mattress. The zip off washable cover is a great feature and the cool surface has definitely improved my sleep quality.
