The mattress is quite high which takes some getting used to for a person who is under 5ft. I may have chosen differently had I realized that I have to slide out off the edge of the bed.

This mattress is really meeting all our expectations. Firm and supportive, doesn't get too warm (or cold). Having some of the best night's sleep for ages.
It is so great to get up in the morning and not have back ache!! I sleep wonderfully, I'm no longer tired when I get up… Every thing about this mattress is perfect. The staff at Bensons Cambridge was very helpful when I wasn't sure to go for a firm or extra firm mattress, and they do not push you to buy the most expensive mattress, that is very nice. This is my 2nd purchase with them, will definitely come back and recommend them!
first week was great at last I was lying completely flat on a firm surface which was great for my problem back however at the end of the second week there became an indentation both on my husbands side and mine,we have rotated the mattress as suggested but in doing that it doesn't help so obviously we chose the wrong mattress for our needs
