About the Dreams Flex Foam Rolled Mattress
Last checked
Back sleepers wanting a no-nonsense spare-room or bunk-bed mattress are the clearest audience for the Dreams Flex Foam Rolled Mattress. It is an all-foam, rolled mattress with a firm, 5 of 5 feel, a knitted hypoallergenic cover and a slimline build intended to be easier to move through tight spaces than a full-depth pocket-sprung mattress. This is a practical, firmness-led specification. The shaped foam is doing two jobs: giving the support and creating channels for some airflow, rather than relying on springs, latex or a breathable natural filling layer. That is honest for this kind of rolled foam build, but it also puts the mattress firmly in the simple support category rather than the deeper memory-foam hybrid tier, where there is usually more pressure relief and a more cushioned transition under the shoulders and hips. The comfort promise here is therefore quite narrow: firm, relatively direct, and likely to feel flatter than a plush mattress with multiple comfort layers. The hypoallergenic knitted cover is a useful surface detail for sensitive sleepers, although it should not be confused with the temperature regulation of wool, cotton or higher-end ventilated hybrid constructions. Its standout practical feature is the rolled format and slim profile, which makes most sense where access, bunk height or occasional-use space matters more than luxury depth.
The bunk-bed and spare-room angle lines up with the strongest feedback: the mattress is repeatedly described as easy to unroll, neat in size and properly supportive, with several buyers using it for children, mid sleepers or guest rooms rather than as a premium main-bed upgrade. Firm back support is the repeated win. Stomach sleepers who dislike sink may also get on with it, because the foam resists the dipping that can pull the pelvis down on softer mattresses; average-weight back sleepers are the safest fit, while side sleepers and curvier body shapes are more exposed to pressure at the shoulder and hip. The limitation is the same firmness. A recurring complaint, even among positive ratings, is that it feels hard if the sleeper wants a softer, cosier surface, so the manufacturer’s body-support language is best read as straight, firm support rather than cradling comfort. One delivery complaint appears in the sample, but the product-specific pattern is much clearer around feel: supportive and convenient, yet unforgiving for anyone who needs cushioning. Motion transfer should be calmer than many open-coil mattresses because there are no linked springs, but the foam-only, slim build is unlikely to deliver the edge strength or weight-difference handling of a deeper pocket-sprung or hybrid mattress. For back sleepers, bunk beds and spare rooms, this is the right call. For side sleepers needing pressure relief, look at a deeper medium-firm memory-foam hybrid or pocket-sprung tier instead.

100 Night Comfort Guarantee - gives you peace of mind when you buy
A 100 Night Comfort Guarantee allows for a trial period where the product can be tested in your own home environment to see if it meets personal comfort standards. If it doesn't meet your expectations, it can be returned for a refund or exchange, offering flexibility and assurance in purchasing decisions.
Very firm comfort rating - extra support with optimal spine alignment
A very firm comfort rating ensures robust support, promoting better posture by keeping the spine in an optimal alignment position during sleep. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals experiencing back pain or those who prefer a stable, non-yielding sleep surface.
Conveniently arrives rolled - perfect for tight spaces and easy set up
The product arrives vacuum-sealed and rolled, allowing it to fit easily through narrow hallways and doorways which simplifies transportation. Once unrolled, it quickly expands, making setup straightforward without the need for extra hands or complicated tools.
Slimline 14cm depth - perfectly safe for bunk beds
Slimmer depth can make climbing in and out feel safer, with less chance of rolling out from a raised sleeping surface. Comfort can feel less cushioned than deeper options, which may suit lighter sleepers but disappoint anyone wanting a plusher feel.
Supportive foam filling - offers comfort and stability
Support feels steady and even, which can help reduce pressure points and keep the body aligned through the night. Foam can hold more warmth and give less bounce than spring options, so sleepers who run hot or like a lively feel may not love it.

Nice firm little foam mattress that rolled out easily and feels properly supportive for my back, though it is a bit hard if you like a softer cuddle. Delivery was slower than Id hoped, but once it finally turned up its been spot on for the spare bed.
Got this for the spare room and it does the job nicely, very firm and supportive without feeling like its going to sag. It unrolled easily and feels neat and straightforward, though if you like a softer, cosy mattress this probably isnt the one.
The Dreams Flex Foam Zoned Mattress is a compact, very firm mattress designed for reliable support and durability. At just 14cm deep, its ideal for bunk beds or tight spaces, while the zoned foam construction helps maintain proper spinal alignment. Delivered rolled for convenience and backed by a 5-year guarantee, its a practical choice for those who prefer a firmer sleep surface.

Very happy - this is a really comfortable mattress
Mattress is perfect for a mid sleeper as it is not too thick. My child is very comfortable on it and sleeps great.
