The look is padded and traditional in outline, with button detailing across the face and a studded border that gives the edge more definition than a plain upholstered slab. Fabric choice changes the mood noticeably: velveteen pushes it softer and dressier, while the textured weave reads more restrained and linen-like, with richer colours intended to coordinate with the base. The styling is generous for this category. In practical terms, though, the build remains conventional divan-bolt territory rather than the more flexible wall-mounted class that can be positioned independently of the bed.
As a fit for renovated bedrooms, guest rooms being made more formal, or a divan set needing height behind pillows, the Levisham makes most sense where the bed wall can take a taller padded panel without the room feeling crowded. The solid feel is the main win. Leaning back to read does not seem to produce the wobble associated with thinner strutted boards, and the heavier-than-expected feel is repeatedly treated as reassurance once it is fixed in place. Assembly to a divan base is described as straightforward, although the weight may make one-person handling awkward. Best for divan bedrooms needing height and cushioning. The headboard is very well made and solid with no movement when sat up in bed leaning against.
This is a lovely looking headboard from a distance, but when viewed up close some of the metal studs are discoloured and/or slightly different sizes. The fabric looks and feels good though. It was easy to assemble to the bed frame.

I was used to very hard mattresses. But found only soft ones here in the uk. I started having body ache ever time I wake from a sleep. Heard about dreams and their testing machine and how sleeping has become better from my colleague who shared similar experience of body ache. I told my husband about it and we decided to give it a trial. We visited the dreams outlet at stanway Colchester, did the machine test which gave us mattress options based on the result from the machine according to our body type, shape and style of sleeping. Though the mattress is not as hard as we would have wanted but it is the best so far. The rest they say is history. The point of interest is that there are different payment options/plans. Perfect for making our bedroom feel more modern whilst still being comfortable to rest your head on when sitting up in bed reading. Super easy to assemble to the divan base and love the colour!

I wasn't sure about a headboard, they conjure up the naff padded and buttoned affairs of the 70's and 80s, however, having found I could have a bit of bling with a modern flair my head and heart have been turned completely. We recently had our bedroom renovated, and the bed plus this headboard turns it from bed room to bed vroom!
