Feels really firm and supportive, and the cover is nice and soft so it sleeps comfy without getting too hot. Only thing is the delivery was a bit slow, but the mattress itself seems well made.

Taking some getting used to as very firm, but definitely more comfy then our old mattress,, only one problem as needs to be turned or rotated weekly. For 3 months. Swivelling round is easy, but really heavy to turn over. Even for 2 of us ( pensioners). Though we do just about manage.
