Ok the bed is ok and the tv is ok. But the surround sound is a bit pointless as you just hear the tv in one ear as a speaker is right next to your head either side. The surround sound keeps getting out of sync with the tv which is annoying. So we turned it off. Now for what they don't tell you the bed and bedside drawers have charging points big selling point for us but when dark you are in a light show of flashing blue lights it's crazy. The bed itself is sturdy and very very heavy so appears to be well built. Unfortunately for us it was a complete waste of money as we had no choice but to switch it off because of the flashing blue lights from every charger point. The staples mattress is absolutely fantastic best sleep we have had for years. No more aches and pains when we get up in the morning.

Absolutely one of the best things I've ever purchased, bed has good surround sound speakers , LOUD too!!! Light are nice in head board, storage under bed is massive. We had the kind size. Tv prefect size as it's closer at the bottom of the bed than on the wall , mattress is comfortable and had great nights sleep since had this bed …..I know people will say it's a lot to pay for a bed BUT you spend half ur life Sleeping so SLEEP WELL !!!!! Love it , can't complain not even on the price tag the quality is great , u pay a good price for good quality , overall very happy , thanks benson for beds
Purchased this bed and mattress from Bensons. The delivery chaps were friendly and efficient. High quality components and luxurious fabric. The putting together instructions were clear and easy to follow. It took two of us approximately 5 hours to put together. The TV picture and surround sound are wonderful. Lots of storage space underneath. Delighted!
Overall rating should be a 5 star comfort level is 10/10 amazing sleep every night. The reason why it's such a low rating is because it took myself 4hrs to assemble. I read the reviews before I did assemble the bed and it was a good job. Before you do anything go to the last page of the instructions and plug the head board into the main supply. It's impossible to move once it's installed unless you have 6 people.

Wow, wow, wow.. absolutely perfect! Finally no more stiff neck looking up at the TV on the wall and the surround sound is absolutely fantastic! Took a bit of time to build, 2 people 3.5 hours and wow is it heavy duty! I'm so glad the delivery was to the room of choice, as I don't think I could have lifted it upstairs.. well built, comes with everything you need to get it set up and very well instructed by the manual.
Great build quality and excellent attention to detail this is how all beds should be made. Couldn't recommend it enough.
I bought this bed 2months ago, wot a bed, easy to put together, once you get everything together it's beautiful, the surround sound is brilliant and the bed is comfy, you don't want to get out
Don't be mislead by the negative comments, this really is a beautiful bed ! We have had ours now for 6 months, it is in stunning velvet blue which is amazing to touch and has a very premium feel to it. The charging points on the side of headboard are a bonus (USB and USBC) and the back-lighting is actually a part of the headboard rather than a stuck-on afterthought like some others. There are a couple grumbles I have, the bed does not come with fitting (unlike Dreams which costs circa £100 or so) and believe me, it will take 5 hours or so for self installation however it is not difficult to put together. Also the TV does randomly come up in the middle of the night for some reason, however I hope this can be rectified once I speak to customer services. Despite these grumbles, I would 100% recommend this bed, we looked at many other beds however none had the quality or the "wow" factor this still gives us.

I've had this bed for over a month and I honestly have to say it's a lot better than I expected. I read the reviews after purchasing (classic mistake) and was almost regretting my decision but have since been pleasantly surprised. It was well packaged with anything slightly vulnerable double/triple protected. The instructions are easy to follow but take note of the other reviews re steps. Once built, you're not moving it! The size of the headboard and TV foot unit are bulky and exceptionally heavy. If we'd gone for super king we wouldn't have got it up the stairs. The build quality is really solid. It took about 4 hours by myself to put together and I'd class myself as a competent diy'er and tech savvy. Sound quality is decent and it has a number of Bluetooth connections for portable devices to connect to. The TV has 1 hdmi connection but that isn't a problem as the inbuilt sub has 3. The tv has popped up on a few occasions uncommanded in the middle of the night as a few others have said but it hasn't happened recently. The usb c ports are fast charge compatible so that was another pleasant surprise. Overall really happy with the purchase and service received.

Wow. The Rolls Royce of beds! Very happy with the purchase. Give yourself a good few hours to put it together as there's a lot to do but it's well worth it. I look forward to going to bed every night now
Superb bed frane, mattress quality and TV Couldnt have assembled ourselves. Heavy and would be a problem when having a new carpet fitted. Pleased with the quality oversll though.
Have had this bed for 8 months, absolutely love it! Such a sleek look, and amazing sound system. It does take a good few hours to put together but it is so worth it!
This is an amazing bed but the light on the side of the frame started smoking badly when the fitters were assembling it. Waited 2 weeks to get it repaired. Must admit after that happened I'm nervous about leaving bed plugged in when I'm not in. Spoilt it for us unfortunately

I am very happy with my bed to the point of where I don't want to get out of it. I spend most of my time in bed watching television programmes or movies. The sound quality is amazing for movies and music. I recommend this bed to anyone who is thinking of upgrading their bed or just getting a new one. You would not be disappointed. I am not :-)
