The refurbished mattress is as good as a new mattress it still had that new mattress smell which went away after a week would not hesitate to buy another refurbished mattress from Benson for beds great all round service from start to finish. Good night
Without a doubt the comfiest bed I have slept on and definitely worth the investment. Had a great sales guy at our local store and our delivery was on time. We did however expect our old mattress to be taken away so otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Comfy mattress but certainly doesn't cool like it's advertised. This was one of the main reasons we purchased the mattress and pillows to match. These don't cool either as advertised . Glad we didn't pay the full brand new price but as an ordinary mattress this one is comfortable.
Amazing mattress ! After trying it out in store we realised how brilliant a tempur mattress is! We decided to go for a king-sized medium firm mattress. We decided to go for a refurbished one as it was considerably cheaper and in our budget and we are over the moon with it! Looked as good as new and for a fraction of the price! My partner has had spinal surgery and this bed fully supports his back. We both now sleep better and as a plus our dog loves it too, it's a struggle to get him off it! Would definitely recommend Bensons for beds from purchase to delivery we are really happy with the whole service!
The bed is great and very pleased with communication with Bensons. The delivery team however was not pleasant at all. Without asking they walk on the carpet with shoes on. They left marks around the walls despite me warning them. And they bumped the sofa with one of the cupboards and broke the handles, wbich I can't even find to replace anymore! They without any apology and they were very unpolite. I paid £50 for sending for its delivery and it only took them 5 minutes. They could have been better behaved.

With the discount on a refurbished mattress, we thought we would take the plunge. After 20 years of a water bed, a new mattress was going to be quite a change. But one we were going to try after moving. Feeling Movement definitely appears better for me as a light sleeper. It's going to take a while to get used to, but I'm hopeful we will love it.
Buying the Tempur Pro Plus Smartcool REFURBISHED Mattress (which came as in NEW condition) Was the best decision I made as far as quality of sleep goes. I suffer from fibromyalgia (arthritic muscle pain) and sleep badly as a result BUT since taking delivery of the Tempur mattress my pain level has HALVED allowing for better quality sleep. THANK YOU TEMPUR!
