Fantastic End to End Service. Paula was an absolute delight and her relaxed and friendly approach was refreshing in this day and age where most of retail has become clinical and to be honest there is a lack of interest in “the customer”. You wont find that here though. I can say my experience with Dreams was superb, no hard sell, just genuine interest in me as the customer. This led to me buying not just pillows and new duvets to a brand new bed from them. Paula was fundamental in that and a credit to the brand. Thank you once again.

I have mobility issues, so I have found the Electric Ottoman Bed a great help as I would not be able to lift a double ottoman on my own. Button sequence makes it safe if you have children in the house. Plenty of storage space.

Perfect for extra storage while also looking very smart. The charging points are a game changer as is the light inside the ottoman. Shame the charging points glow blue, but we have used USB covers to block the light at night time - bit of a design flaw.
I was looking to purchase possibly a new bed frame and a mattress. The mattress had to be a Tempur or sprung mattress. I decided to take a look at Dreams in Ashford, Kent. A very well displayed, clean and tidy shop. I took a look at the tempur range and gave them all a try and what I really appreciated was the fact that both members of staff gave us this opportunity without pouncing on us and giving us the hard sell. They were both very helpful and suggested we try out the new machine which would help us both decide on firmness of mattress. I also noticed the Duxford D Otterman bed frame, which is designed for the Tempur mattress. An incredibly stylish, useful frame, which was demonstrated to us. The price was excellent also. I decided to make the purchase on the spot, as I was so impressed with the mattress and beautiful bed frame. Thank you also to the wonderful staff who were both amazing!
