Tricky. It all depends on your body and posture and any back problems. It seems that it is a very good mattress with a strong edge so you can't roll off. My back stopped hurting though. Teeny bit on the firm side for side sleeping

Absolutely fabulous. Very comfortable. Just as my research said. I wanted totally natural material, a mattress I can flip over. No indents where each of us lain. Both have amazing all night sleeps. Before I was up half the night as our previous mattress was very uncomfortable. It had a peak in the middle where we are different weights. You could only rotate it not flip it over. Very happy with our new mattress. Just wish I had discovered natural materials sooner.
