Properly firm and supportive with a cooler feel through the night, though the delivery took longer than expected.
Solid, very firm mattress that keeps you nicely level through the night, and it does feel cooler than the old one. Theres a bit of spring to it but partner movement isnt too bothersome, which I wasnt expecting. Not much give on top, so if you like a softer, sink-in feel it may not be for you.

After receiving the mattress as soon as I laid down, I felt a sense of relaxation and support especially on my shoulders. This is a firm mattress and has a comfy filling that does not make you sink and supports your body's sleeping position. I really noticed I slept better on this mattress than a memory foam mattress because the springs push back giving a sense of resistance which I think is key for optimal support. Definitely, great value for money mattress and also has vents so there is circulation around the mattress. Highly recommended as I think any investment into the Chippenham mattress will only bring about relief, rejuvenation and keep you re-energised from your sleep thus providing healing for your body and mind.
We love our new mattress. Its springy whilst being super supportive at the same time. Its so comfortable! It also has a cool fabric outer layer which great to stop us feeling too warm. Were very happy with this purchase.
Really comfortable mattress. It is firm which I like but very comfortable even when sleeping on my side. The cooling is a really nice touch that works better than I expected.
This mattress feels super luxurious and is just the right firmness but still with that soft comfort feel. Only missing 1 star as finding it difficult to find suitable bedding as can be slippy, but I will find something. I do really recommend the mattress.
Bed has been higher than expectation given I didnt request a very firm mattress at first. Ive been taken away by how comfortable it and can certainly tell the difference in quality against my previous mattress. This bed is the most comfortable one I have ever purchased. The only problem is that I never want to get out of it. It's firm but supportive.
The mattress looks very nice. Having moved the mattress as advised every week it was fine for four weeks. I needed a very firm mattress to support my SI joint problem.However in the fifth week it is already showing signs of body indentation..I am worrying about how long it will last.
I found the mattress really comfortable but it has taken the wife a little longer saying her joints feel sore in the mornings and she isnt sleeping well
