Good quality pillow but tends to go flat and needs plumping up every night, doesn't hold shape as well or offer as much support as other memory foam pillows
It's ok, but after few minutes can't feel the cooling feeling anymore
This pillow has helped my son sleep at night, its comfortable and helps give him the correct support for his neck which causes migraines for him so far he has had less aches and pains.

My overall experience was very pleasant! From the minute I entered the shop I was out at ease by a very helpful member of staff who took me over to the mattress simulator/scanner. What a piece of kit this is! We then tried several of the recommended mattresses until I was happy. Will definitely be back!
