Medium to firm pillow, you will need to buy extra large pillow cases but the extra thickness of pillow you only require one pillow instead of two.
While in the shop it felt like a great purchase, but using it at home it wasn't. Tried it for a few nights but actually created neck pain so stopped using it, and as expected, could not return anymore

This is the best pillow Ive had. It is so comfy and really helped improve my sleep from my last pillow that had to go. As a mainly side sleeper its hard to find the right pillow to support and help but this really does it.

One pillow isn't usually enough and two pillows too high, so when trying this in the store it felt just about right! However, after purchasing, its too firm and high. Feels like my head is at 45 degree angle and not comfortable. Found myself tossing it on the floor and grabbing my old pillow half way through the night. I know its supposed to get a bit softer with regular use, but its not a nice thought knowing i may have to go through a number of sleepless nights to reach that stage. It does feel like a quality product though for the price (purchased in a 20% off sale).
