Solid, very firm mattress that keeps my back well supported and feels cooler than the old one. The edges are sturdy so you dont feel like youre sliding off when you sit or sleep near the side. Took a couple of nights to get used to the firmness, but its been a worthwhile upgrade.

Its nice and firm , however my husband and I are both hoping that like other mattresses weve had in the past , it will give a little in time as it is perhaps a little too firm really and my husband is getting a bad back from it . Its a very deep mattress and very heavy too and not much to grip on when youre changing fitted sheets . Time will tell I suppose.

It took a couple of weeks to get used to the new mattress, as it always does, and now I cannot even remember what the old mattress was like! The new mattress is super supportive, with the depth and edge-sprung sides. It works exceptionally well with my divan base, and it has made it very much easier to get up from, due to the mattress height. Worth every penny, I strongly recommend this Sealy mattress!
