I bought two iGel pillows ( one side sleeper and another back sleeper pillow ) in 2019 and wanted to change my pillows ( which has been overdue for very long , I change every 3-4 years ). So, I was trying to buy these again because I am so satisfied with them . When I went online , only benson for beds have these . But then I saw some bad reviews . Here is the thing , choice of pillows is very specific, I am sure those who have bad reviews definitely didn't know what they want . These igel pillows for those who prefer firm to extra firm and thick pillows . Those who do not like firm or hard pillows will hate these . Choosing pillows is very important , there is no best pillow in the world which will satisfy everyone . But these iGel pillows are for those who prefer , firm/ hard and thick pillows , not for those who want soft and thin & flat pillows .
Ok so for the first 2-3 nights of using the side sleeper I'll be honest I struggled. I felt my neck was up right and I thought I was going to wake up with neck pain (I didn't). I felt like throwing them on the floor and using my old pillow. However, I persevered with it as my husband said it takes a few nights (I was on holiday when they were delivered so he had 4 nights with them before I came home) I can now say that I sleep well with them, it's like it moulds to my neckline I can sleep on my back comfortably too. Glad I gave them a bit of time had I not listened to my husband I would have probably got rid and give a bad review. Given 4 stars as yes it's now comfortable and I love it but really struggled for the first few nights in the beginning. They are firm, mould lovely to your shape but still keep firm which is great for me.

firm but not hard
Not to sure about this pillow, I have woke several times with my neck sweating, I was hoping it would keep me cooler. I like that it keeps it shape but it has got abit of a musky smell about it. I will keep with it at the moment but not convinced it's worth the money.

I can honestly say this is the best pillow I have ever used. I was sceptical at first as it felt quite hard, but it is so comfortable. I have always struggled to find a comfortable pillow, and my husband says we could open a pillow shop with all pillows we have in our loft. We are just waiting for our Igel mattress now - can't wait

Best pillow I have ever had
Best pillow I've ever brought..I've had it well over 6yrs and with proper care it has lasted me well..but with age it's now getting a little saggy in the middle and needs replacing..yes it was expensive but you can't put a price on a good nights sleep.

Like a lot of others, we felt that this pillow was too thick initially. But as someone who had such bad neck pain that I had stopped using pillows… I was desperately looking for a pillow because I was getting heartburn at night. This pillow has been such a surprise. It's big and high and looks like it will cause neck pain; but it moulds to your head on a few days. My neck pain has disappeared. Husband and I both have one, and both our pillows look different after a week.
