Very good but does tend to need keep pumping up as goes flat during the night.
I have been looking for a 'flat' but supportive pillow for ages - this does the job nicely.
I love that these are 'like down'. They are comfortable pillows and suit my preference of being soft yet supportive, however they do require a fair amount of plumping to retain the initial shape.
