I really can't believe how much difference this mattress has made to my sleep and backache. I used to wake up and have to do some gentle stretches which my chiropractor had advised, now I wake up, stand up and don't feel sore or achy. No need for stretching exercises. Love our new mattress. Softer than the same bed that we bought 8 1/2 years ago. Very disappointed.
We decided to buy a super king bed when it was time to replace our king sized mattress and went for the zip and link so we could get it upstairs. We both love our night's sleep now, it is so comfortable. Benson were great as we tried nearly all the mattresses in the store before we settled on this one. Delivered when promised, the whole process was very easy.

Have had this mattress in medium 3 months and am not getting on with it at all. It heats up over night and I wake at 3am every morning, too hot to sleep. It definitely cannot be called cooling in my POV and I'm not particularly a hot sleeper, I just would advise against buying anything with any kind of memory foam and I certainly will never make the same mistake again. I also find that the foam layer compresses over night so it feels hard when I wake up, making it even more difficult to get back to sleep and giving me a sore back and neck. I'm waiting on a latex topper with fingers crossed to try to improve the situation. I have had no problems with the customer service of Bensons, we have bought two mattresses from them in the past over 15 years and been happy. Unfortunately this is the second mattress we had in this purchase, we have already used our 60 night guarantee. My husband is happy with his firm side so maybe some people can get on with it... but if you are looking to avoid heat, look elsewhere! Also, I discovered we didn't need to bother with a zip and link, you can just get any two mattresses and use a foam gap filler, which works really well. I hope this review helps you.
