Very comfortable only thing was there was no instructions how to use the memory buttons on remote
The only problem with it is it's a bit high off the floor particularly if you are not very tall

Second bed we have had from Bensons, and very please and satisfied with the new adjustable bed. The delivery company were not so good; very awkward and rude to deal with. Also the free mattress protectors are useless and they don't fit the mattresses - we were given single bed mattress covers, and our mattresses are 2ft 6".
The bed is very comfortable and easy to adjust using the handsets (stored conveniently in pockets on each side of the bed. The mechanism operates very smoothly and almost silently.
We took the plunge in ordering this bed due to the high cost, but it has been worth every penny. We have two firm mattresses for a super king size bed and so far, it is the comfiest bed we've ever owned. The mechanisms seem smooth and very quiet, the delivery drivers were lovely and the online agent I ordered through was also super helpful. A great experience throughout!
