I thought the pillow I had tested in store was a medium firmness. However, the ones I took home are medium/firm and they definitely feel like the latter! The design is really good but in reality the side wall doesn't retain its shape for long at all. Thus, I find myself waking up with neck ache.
Very pleased with the bed it's perfect, But the two pillows l bought are not comfortable at all.

I was given a side sleeper pillow for free when I purchased my bed. I liked it so much I bought a second one. They really are comfortable to sleep on and I dont get the pain in my shoulders and back anymore because its a perfect height.

Although I tried the pillow in he shop in Nottingham and found it very comfortable, I did not purchase it there and then. I tried later in the week to buy it on line. Unfortunately, this purchase did not go through as the telephone numbers were marked in red and neither land line nor mobile phone number worked. A week or so later I tried again and this time it went through. My pillow came by delivery and I duly put it on the bed. However, the pillow seems much firmer than that tried in the shop and I am disappointed that I have had to go back to my old pillow!
Could not ask for more from it, amazing, comfy just perfect for us.
