This has been a quality purchase. Firm is comfortable without being hard. It is relatively light to move/rotate. I suffer from a back problem - a recurring lowerback ache with intermittent herniating of the disc. The persistent ache has gone since having this matress. It was worth the investment.

Very happy with our Hypnos mattress. Very comfortable. Easy to turn and rotate. Plus easy when changing sheets as not too heavy to lift. Also purchased Hypnos pillows and mattress protector. Mattress excellent quality and expensive but worth it as were pillows and protector.

It was a super buy as last bed mattress was no longer good. But as a single person it takes the mattress to soften up and bones still ache if laying down too long in it longer than normal.

I tried this Hypnos mattress at our local store and knew instantly, that having looked for some time for a wool mattress that this was the one. The sales person at the store was very informative and there was currently a competitive price on it. It is an expensive mattress but learning about the credentials of Hypnos and how many hours of a life are spent sleeping, it seemed a sound investment. Bensons really provide a good service, taking away our old mattress, and the crew who delivered it were friendly and professional. The mattress initially felt hard, but that is to be expected with a new bed. I have been rotating it once a week and can feel that it is beginning to relax. It feels higher than our previous mattress and quite luxurious. One of the factors that drew me to a wool mattress was to have cooler night sleeps. As its winter I've yet to test this out. Overall I am really pleased with this mattress, and am sleeping much better than previously. The only negative is the wait for delivery which was around 2 months! However I believe that this is because it is a quality product with hand made attention. Finally the follow up email communications with Bensons has been great, which makes you feel that you are a valued customer.
