5 - We were looking for a new mattress and having tried a number in store prior to purchase, we selected the Therapur Actigel Response 3200. Having had it for a month we are really pleased with it and can honestly say we are having the best nights sleep we have had for many years. The mattress is so comfortable and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
4 - Plush and supportive new mattress. Bought this after trying a mattress in a box - too warm. This one is a little warmer than our last one, but supportive and comfortable. Hopefully get another 8-10 years out of it. 1st delivery attempt did not happen and they did not contact us to arrange another date. Chased up Dreams and arranged another date, which went as planned.
5 - This mattress is just right for me and trust me, I'm an absolute Goldilocks when it comes to mattresses. It's quite firm but very comfortable and I haven't had any hip pain so far. The top layer is cooling and you can certainly feel it which suits me as I can't bear being hot at night. This mattress is very deep and I now understand the meaning of climbing into bed!
3 - The service with Dream was actually really good. I had some issues with the finance provider originally. Someone from the Tele sales team sorted out pretty quick after I got in touch. I'm not sure if it is something about the matress or myself but I have actually not been sleeping well after the purchase and my wife complains it gets too hot.So difficul to recommend

5 - Bought this mattress around a month ago and at first I was not sure as we were so used to our old mattress however I am now feeling the benefits of a new mattress. 3 - had this mattress for a few weeks, its comfortable but not as good as I thought it would be, perhaps it takes longer to settle in to it. I also had to purchase extra deep sheets but they still come untucked because I am a restless sleeper. unfortunately at least once a night I have to get out and tighten the sheet as it gets hooked on the top part.
5 - I bought the bed and frame a month ago, although I had a major problem with the delivery service, the products themselves are exceptional, two thirds of your life is spent in bed so why should you go cheap and buy rubbish quality goods. Dreams beds are fantastic!! Highly recommend, but once purchased you must call immediately to confirm delivery.

The only downside is it is a very thick/tall mattress and being only 5ft 1, when I sit on the edge my legs don’t reach the floor, and it just generally looks quite high on the bed frame. We were happy with that compromise though to get the comfort level we wanted as it took a lot of testing to find this one!

5 - I bought this a month ago and have now ‘broken’ the mattress in, it is really soft and squishy but i feel well supported and don’t feel like I'm inside the mattress unlike memory foam mattresses. It has a nice hotel feel to it. The only problem is the mattress is quite thick so it is hard to get my fitted sheets on but i get there in the end.

Mattress is on the firm side of medium, but this is what we wanted. The actigel topper provides a luxurious feeling softer touch. Very pleased so far.

I don't get on well with memory foam as I find it too hot, but this mattress is Gel so doesn't heat up meaning I get a comfortable nights sleep. 4 - I bought this nearly a month ago and have had some very good sleep, the reason for only 4* is that it is designed to keep you cool which in my case it doesn’t. I run warm anyway and thought this will regulate my body temp but it doesn’t. Apart from that this is a very nice and comfortable mattress that ensures I have a good nights sleep

4 - I purchased this mattress a few weeks ago, it was well needed. After spending a substantial amount on another brand and trying to perceiver with it for a couple if years. 4 - The Therapur ActiGel Glacier 360 is a quality mattress. Our first thoughts were it's too firm, but we gave it a couple of weeks and we're really warming up to it. Also the mattress is surprisingly light for turning purposes. So that's the reason it's not a five star, but I think if I'd wrote this in 6 months it probably would be.
5 - This mattress is very comfortable and is very supportive, i hardly roll on the mattress even when my fiancee moves on it, the only thing with thte mattress and its not a downside at all is the top of the mattress is quiet slippy therefore i had to buy sheet straps to prevent the sheet riding up the sides when im asleep at night.

Only one down side which is not a massive problem but the side could be a little more sturdy for when your sat on the edge getting in and out.

4 - Nice firm matress, maybe a little too firm for my back hence. As you do need to use a matress protector you kind of lose the gel coolness sometimes hence the 4 stars. Was delivered on site and up to our second floor via stairs which was a bit of an adventure but the delivery team did a great job.

5 - Had a Tempur mattress but as it has no springs it made it very difficult to turn over or get out of bed. Kind of like sleeping on a crash mat. Once you sink in that's it. So bought the TheraPur and it's quite nice, not as soft as I'd like but now I can roll over and get out of bed with ease.

5 - I had bad back issues, I sleep wonderfully. My back hasn't hurt since I started sleeping on it. First few days it seemed to lean towards the edge of the bed where I slept but one I've slept in it for a week it seem to be less noticeable. Granted I've only been sleeping in it now two weeks.

3 - We bought this mattress 3 weeks ago and we are not convinced yet as it squeaks when we climb into bed. The gel is really soft and makes the mattress more medium rather than medium firm. To be fair, we haven’t contacted Dreams yet and the service we got when purchasing was EXCELLENT.
4 - This mattress is extremely comfy. The ActiGel layer really works and keeps the temperature nice and cool. Its very supportive but not too firm. It is very deep so you have to use flat sheets rather than fitted which tend to move about but overall I am very happy with the purchase.

5 - I bought this mattress a few weeks ago and still love waking up on it. It feels like a hotel mattress making getting out of bed in the morning very difficult. No longer waking up with aches and pains. Though expensive I think it is worth it. Hope the quality lasts over time.
5 - This mattress is a dream, quite literally! It is so incredibly comfortable. My partner struggles with his back after an operation as well as the heat and the cool touch effect really helps him to sleep through the night. Would 100% recommend to anyone buying a new mattress.
5 - I have never had a mattress as comfy as this before. I chose this product for it’s cooling gel topper and it really does work. You know when your feet or body searches for a cooler section of the bed? Well this whole mattress is cool at all time without you feeling cold :)
5 - Amazing mattress you totally melt into it. Totally worth the money it supports your body and still has a bit of a bounce to it. So comfortable helps you fall asleep instantly! Only potential downside is it’s quite thick and a normal king size bedsheet will not fit over it.

5 - Super comfortable bed. The cushion layer on the top is very plush and suptious. The cooling layer works to a certain extent but I can't say I've noticed a huge difference. Delivery was on time and the chaps were friendly and did well to get down our tight road. Good work.
5 - Had this for a month now and have to say it’s so comfortable. I sleep on my front and back and this is perfect for me I always fall into a deep deep sleep. I get up now feeling ready for the day ahead. I highly recommend this mattress if you sleep on your front or back.

4 - Great mattress, good for the back and helps to get good sleep. The only issue I have had is that I have to get new fitted sheets as the mattress is quite high and my present sheets were not fitting well. But that is small price to pay for a comfortable sleep at night.
5 - We took a long time to choose this as it was replacing a different recently bought mattress. We had a lot of help from the Dreams staff and are happy with our choice. Husband has a particularly bad back but this bed is fine for him and we are at last sleeping well.

5 - I did not realise how poor my original mattress was compared to this. Keeps you cool and very comfortable. Usually mattresses that mould your shape are too hot but this is different. Getting some great nights sleep and feeling like I dont want to leave the bed!

5 - Probably the best mattress I ever had. I bought it in the heatwave, finding it was cool and very comfy in store, now - in use in winter I find it’s warm and comfy with it’s mattress protector fitted. I used the test bed to find my best mattress. Very happy.
5 - I had a very sore back until getting this new mattress. I find the mattress to be very comfortable and I am now getting a much better sleep because of it . The mattress is of a very high quality and although appears expensive i believe it is money well spent .
5 - It supports you in all the right places, only had it a couple of weeks so finding it really comfortable, and although it quite soft you don’t get the roll to issue, only hoping it doesn’t start to get dips in like all of our other mattress we’ve had previously
4 - This is a bit firmer than our previous spring/memory foam mattress despite being selected using the store scanner gadget. I think it's a bit too firm for us but difficult to be sure just a month in. Also very heavy and too deep for our ageing fitted sheets.
